By using this site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our site or hire Trippy Boom Productions for your event services.
2. Services Provided
Trippy Boom Productions provides event production services including, but not limited to, concert lighting, audio-visual setup, delivery, and breakdown in the Houston, Texas area. All services are subject to availability and written confirmation.
3. Equipment & Safety
When we provide equipment for an event, the client is responsible for providing a safe environment for setup. Our technicians reserve the right to refuse setup if weather conditions or venue safety hazards pose a risk to the equipment or personnel.
4. Payments & Cancellations
Quotes are valid for the timeframe specified in the individual service agreement. Deposits may be required to secure dates for equipment and labor. Cancellation policies will be outlined in your specific event contract.
5. Limitation of Liability
Trippy Boom Productions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, or for any delays caused by factors outside of our control (e.g., power outages at venues, extreme weather).
