White-Glove services is like having an all-in-one package for your event. It means you don’t have to worry about the technical details because experts take care of everything.
You chose the type of equipment you need and how long you need it, and Trippy Boom Productions handles the delivery and offloading, setting up the equipment and managing it during the event, and ensuring it all runs smoothly.
The short (and definitive) answer is no. All of our equipment is top of the line and in most cases, highly technical to set up and utilize properly.
If we were to allow customers to rent our equipment independently, the cost of the insurance you (directly) would have to pay, in addition to the rental rate would be incredibly expensive. Besides, wouldn’t you have a much better time at the party, instead of worrying about electricity load, lighting, and safety, set lists and audience preferences.
Not to mention the amount of work that it takes combining high-tech, clunky equipment while also creating an inviting atmosphere.
If that isn’t enough to dissuade the idea, keep in mind, you would also be responsible for picking up and dropping off said equipment, ensuring it was done so on time and without harm to the equipment. It’s a beastly burden that even we work hard at.

Whether it’s your wedding, a birthday party, public speaking event, corporate conference, a simple BBQ, a raging theme-party, a sporting event that absolutely requires the largest screen, lighting and booming audio sound or the music event that demands crisp, clear, all-over sound, reverberating through from the ceiling through your toes, WE are the team to call.

USEFUL INFOMATION
Full packed Audio, Stage, and Lighting is like the superhero package of the production world. It’s all about creating energy, excitement, and that ‘wow’ factor.
It’s perfect for events where you want to grab the audience’s attention and keep them engaged.
We are different than other Production company’s because what we focus on is the “here and now” aspect.
Meaning: It’s about creating an immersive experience for the audience, whether it’s a music concert, a sports game, or a big product launch. It’s about making everything happening on stage larger than life.
The rates vary and are based on your needs. Things such as the size of the event location, the amount of people expected the length of the event and the types of equipment you request.
All prices include delivery, set-up and break-down, personnel, equipment and required accessories.
Yes. Upon confirmation of the event details, we will provide you with the total cost of the services. To secure the services and equipment for your event, you will be required to pay half of the total quoted rate. The remainder will be charged on the day of the event.
We will provide up to 100% percent of the amount paid if you cancel no less than 2 weeks prior to the day of the scheduled event.
If you have requested custom equipment or services, which are not listed as part of the options available at the time of the event AND we have notified you of such, you will still be responsible for the costs incurred as of the date of cancellation.
We will gladly provide you with the anticipated price of any custom order prior to purchase and/or Order and will be defined within the Rental and Services Agreement you will be required to sign.
Note: we require a credit card to be on-file in circumstances of Customer driven equipment damage (imagine a drunk or angry friend taking out frustration by way or purposely throwing a soundboard into a pool…sounds crazy – sadly, its happened).
Of course, you the Customer are not responsible for damage caused by a member of Trippy Boom Productions (which is highly unlikely. We know how to manage our stuff 😊.
DOES INCLEMENT WEATHER JUSTIFY CANCELATION?
Unfortunately, no. We cannot predict the weather any more than you can.
If you are planning an outdoor event, we suggest that you make it a covered one. The total amount of the agreed rate will be due regardless of if the event commences or not due to unfavorable weather.
It may seem a bit unfair, however its important to keep in mind that once you have reserved the date and time for the event, we dedicate our resources to you!
We allocate our time to ensure we are prepared to bring your vision to life.
WONDERING ABOUT THE RULES AND REGULATIONS?
Wondering about the Rules and Regulations? Well, its your party, so in most instances, the rules are made by you. However, here are the rules and terms of our services that you must understand and adhere to.
- We will not provide equipment or services in an environment which is not wired or “set-up” for the proper voltage required. Electricity is important. While its rare for this to be a problem, it’s important that we discuss the environment and any limitations prior to the event.
- Unless otherwise agreed, under no circumstances will we allow you or your guests to personally run or handle our equipment. We will discuss your requirements, and/or like and dislikes prior to the event and ensure we are able to accommodate them accordingly. We want you and your guests to feel the seamless enjoyment we provide.
- We will not tolerate the use of aggressive or foul language spoken to our team members by you or your guests. Regardless of the situation. We are professionals and will always act as such. We expect others to treat Trippy Boom representative with the same level of respect. Besides – it’s a Party! It’s no place for negativity.
- We will not be part of illegal activities that occur throughout your event.
- We will not monitor or “police” such acts. You be you. Just don’t put us in a situation where we will be required to “make bail”.
- We are not responsible for the following: including but not limited to any injury, damage, theft, or ANY and ALL other action that is cause by or caused to you, your guests, natural disaster, hired personnel, event location including the property, facility, interior or exterior of the facility, any personal property, including vehicles, owned, rented, or leased.
- You are the sole and only responsible party of the event location, regardless of type. As such you are responsible for obtaining the appropriate permits and associated fees, rental, lease or purchase agreements, security personnel if required, and any insurance required for the event. In the event your rental or lease agreement requires insurance to be supplied, we required Trippy Boom Productions, LLC is named as an additionally insured party to the policy.
- You MUST contact us is you are required to provide insurance as per your rental or lease agreement, prior to the day of the event. This is mandatory.
- WE ARE DEFINITELY RESPONSIBLE for ensuring that you are provided with the very best we have to offer.
